The quote form uses your name, phone number, equipment selection and any dates, jobsite ZIP or notes you enter. It prepares a draft in your email app. You decide whether to send it. If you send an email, we also receive your email address and the contents of that message.
When you call or arrange a rental, you may provide further contact, jobsite, delivery and rental information needed to handle your request. Please leave payment-card details, passwords and identification documents out of website quote messages.
How we use information
We use information you give us to answer questions, prepare quotes, confirm equipment and dates, coordinate rentals or delivery, and provide customer support. We also maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
You can leave optional quote fields blank or call us instead. We may need additional details before we can confirm a price, delivery or rental.
Website data & cookies
This website does not add analytics or advertising cookies, create customer accounts, or process payments. Its quote form does not store your entries in a website database. Fonts, logos and equipment images are served with the site.
The hosting provider may retain routine access and security logs, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages. Your browser or email app may separately save information according to its own settings.
Information sharing
Information may be shared as needed with providers that help us host the site, communicate with you or fulfill a requested rental or delivery. We may also disclose information to meet legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, resolve claims or protect safety and legal rights.
Other services
Phone, email and map links open services you choose to use. Your email provider may save or synchronize a draft before you send it. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies and settings; this website does not control their practices.
Retention & security
We keep received inquiries and related information while needed for your request, rental, business records, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Information no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
We take reasonable precautions to protect information. No electronic communication or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
