These terms apply to the website operated by Lift 365 Equipment Rentals, referred to here as Lift 365, we or us. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The site lets you browse equipment and published rates, find our contact information and prepare an email quote request. It does not create a customer account, take payment or complete a reservation. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for yourself or your business when arranging a rental.
Quotes, rates & availability
Sending a request asks our team for a quote. It does not reserve equipment, guarantee delivery or create a rental contract. A request prepared by the form reaches us only after you send it through your email app. Call if you need to confirm receipt or have an urgent request.
Published prices are in U.S. dollars for the periods shown. Availability, rental dates, included use, transport, taxes and any applicable extras must be confirmed with our team. Prices and inventory may change, and we may correct listing errors before confirming a rental.
Equipment rental agreements
Every rental is subject to the agreement provided for that transaction. Review our Rental Policy and the full rental agreement for rental periods, insurance, damage, operation, returns and charges.
These website terms do not replace or modify your rental agreement. The agreement for your rental controls equipment use, payment and rental responsibilities.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate inquiry details. Do not impersonate others, send spam or malicious content, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site's security or operation. We may restrict access to protect the site or respond to misuse.
Content & ownership
Site content and branding belong to Lift 365 or their respective owners. You may browse and keep information for your rental inquiry. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant owner's permission, except where allowed by law.
Equipment imagery may include studio illustrations and representative photos. Confirm the exact machine, capacity, configuration and suitability with our team. Website images and descriptions do not replace manufacturer instructions or operator training.
Privacy & outside services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handled through this site and your inquiries. Email, phone and map links may open services provided by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Website availability & responsibility
The informational website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, complete listing accuracy or the availability of outside services. Contact us to verify information before relying on it for a job.
To the extent permitted by law, Lift 365 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by using, or being unable to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or changes obligations under your rental agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may revise the site and these website terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date and apply to subsequent use of the site. Changes to this page do not amend an existing rental agreement.
